The Nissan e-NV200 40kWh
The Nissan e-NV200 is the best electric van out there at the moment. Based on the Nissan Leaf platform, the e-NV200 is tried and tested with bulletproof mechanicals and reliability. The e-NV200 is the perfect size for town and country – regularly used for delivery services such as florists, and laundry services, as well as tradespeople such as electricians, landscapers, builders and more.
There are huge benefits to an electric van such as avoiding the Low Emmision Zones in many major cities. This alone can equate to a huge saving. An electric van also benefits from hugely reduced running costs and almost no downtime for maintainance.
THE TFL £9500 Electric Van Incentive
Eligible businesses can claim £9500 from Transport for London as an incentive to move towards a new Nissan eNV200.

For an eligible business not registered in Greater London the vehicle must also:
- Have been driven within the Congestion Charge zone at least 26 times between 22 August 2018 and 22 February 2019 (six months before the start of the scrappage scheme). This will be checked against existing transactions in your London Road User Charging account.

The official range information from Nissan is provided here:
Thanks to its new 40kWh battery, the e-NV200 now can cover between 124 and 187 miles** (WLTP City and Combined cycle) on a single charge – that’s 60% further than the previous generation battery. Combine B-Mode and ECO-Mode to maximise the range of your Nissan e-NV200. Your business will thank you for it.
As discussed above, our Nissan e-NV200 Acentas come with both a 6.6kW fast charger and D/C Rapid Charging options, they are extremely adaptable in regard to charging at home or out on the road. On a public rapid charger, you can expect a charge time of 40 minutes for a 20-80% charge.
Load and Usability
Warranty and Maintainence
The Nissan e-NV200 is based on the super reliable Nissan EV platform. Nissan have been a pioneer in the electric vehicle market since 2011 and have designed probably the best electric vehicle platform available today.
The e-NV200 is covered by:
- warranty up to 5 year / 60,000 Miles for mechanical and electric components, with Nissan Assistance included*
- 12 year anti-corrosion warranty.
- Nissan e-NV200 lithium battery warranty also protects against capacity loss below 9 bars of capacity (out of 12) for a period of 8 years / 100,000 miles.
*Body parts and paint excluded during year 4 and year 5. Terms and exclusions apply accordingly. For further information, Please see Extended warranty terms and conditions at https://www.nissan.co.uk/ ownership/nissan-car-warranties.html.
As an electric vehicle, routine maintainance is greatly reduced, with no oil, timing belts, clutch etc. to change – downtime and maintenance costs are greatly reduced. Even brake pads and discs wear at a much lower rate as the electric motor helps to slow the vehicle during regenerative braking.
Many businesses want to make a statement with their electric vans. If you would like sign-writing to demonstrate your fleet’s new greener vehicles, we can assist with sign-writing at an extra cost.
